To train workers in the safe operation of forklift trucks according to UNE 58451:2016. To develop the practical skills necessary to safely handle the different categories of forklift trucks.

  • Usage standards: before starting the engine, prevention measures, protection measures
  • Load handling: learning to work with loads, handling principles, stability, balanced forklifts, load distribution
  • Wheel characteristics by forklift type
  • Wheel types by forklift type
  • Self-propelled handling forklifts
  • Tips for use: generalities, qualification, selection and duties of the operator, safety devices, facility layout, daily checks, loading rules, general driving and circulation rules, forklift driving rules, special cases, prohibitions, maintenance rules, inspections, periodic checks, fire instructions, prescriptions, traffic regulations
  • Safety code for use and maintenance: introduction, general use rules, operator rules, training instructions
