  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Carry out auxiliary stocking and merchandising activities at the point of sale and local delivery, following established instructions and criteria, using the necessary equipment, respecting health and safety regulations, and providing, when necessary, structured and protocolled attention and information to the customer at the point of sale or on the local delivery service.

Course syllabus:

  • MF1327_1: Auxiliary operations at the point of sale (90 hours)
  • MF1326_1: Order preparation (40 hours)
  • MF1328_1: Handling and movement with pallet jacks and hand trucks (50 hours)
  • MF1329_1: Basic customer service (50 hours)
  • MP0406: Module of non-labor professional internships (40 hours)
