This training has as its main objective to obtain knowledge of operating system, text processing, spreadsheets, relational databases and graphic presentations. That is, to handle office applications in the management of information and documentation.

Course syllabus:

  • Operating system, information search: internet/intranet and email.
  • Text processing applications.
  • Spreadsheet applications.
  • Relational database applications.
  • Presentation applications: information graphics.

Once the training action is completed, a partial cumulative accreditation will be obtained. Additionally, on a totally voluntary basis, the basic ACTIC certificate can be obtained by taking the relevant exam.
